Visual Identity and Website Design for GoWall — A Cloud-Based Meeting Productivity Tool

Designing the Look and Feel for a SaaS Startup Entering a Crowded Collaboration Market

The Challenge: Creating a Distinct Visual Identity and Web Presence for a New Productivity Tool

SaaS website design and visual identity were the focus of this project for GoWall, a cloud-based meeting productivity tool. The goal was to develop a flexible system that could support brand growth and user engagement. GoWall needed a visual identity and website that would help the brand stand out in a competitive category of cloud-based collaboration tools. With the product built and early traction underway, the focus shifted to designing a system that could support the launch of a scalable web presence and reflect the app’s unique features.

The Approach

Working in collaboration with GoWall’s leadership team and an external messaging partner, I translated early brand ideas into a clean, professional visual identity and web experience. My goal was to bring consistency to the app’s design touchpoints while creating a flexible digital platform for marketing, sales, and user education.

The Execution

Visual Identity Design: Designed a simple, scalable logo and identity system that conveyed focus, ease, and productivity across digital and print use.

Website Design & Development: Built a custom website tailored to the GoWall brand, with page templates that supported sales, product education, and direct e-commerce functionality.

User Interface & Visual Support: Designed front-end assets and interface visuals to extend the new brand look into the product experience.

Marketing Asset Design: Created foundational visuals for email marketing, social media, and product launch support in alignment with the new brand system.

Logo of GoWall featuring the word "GoWall" in bold black font against a white background. The "W" in "GoWall" includes three overlapping colored squares in pink, green, and blue, aligned from top to bottom, to its right. There are faint gridlines behind the text.
Logo with stylized text "Corel" in bold black font and three overlapping rectangular shapes in bright pink, green, and blue on the top right. Five small arcs in pink are partially visible above the "o" in "Corel," creating a modern design element.
The image features the GoWall logo on a black background. The word "GoWall" is written in white text, with three colored squares (green, magenta, and blue) stacked and aligned to the right of the text.
Three overlapping rectangles are arranged diagonally from lower left to upper right. The bottom rectangle is blue, the middle one is green, and the top one is red. The rectangles are positioned so that each is partially covering the one beneath it.
Three business cards are arranged in an overlapping manner. The top card features the GoWall logo and contact details. The two cards underneath showcase the same contact details and web address but one in blue and the other in red, providing a colorful contrast.
A clear plastic box holds a stack of white sticky notes with a logo on the top sheet. Three extra sticky notes—one white with a blue edge, one white with a red edge, and one white with a green edge—are placed beside the box on a white surface.

WEBSITE AND CUSTOMER PORTAL

GoWall.com

As a focal point of marketing activities, the website served to attract, educate, and convert target customers. It also served as a customer support portal. Tracking tools and a CRM were used to measure the effectiveness of our launch programs.

CONCEPTUAL IMAGERY

We used digital illustration to express GoWall’s unique UI and key value promises such as:

– Focused Conversations
– 100% Participation
– Measurable ROI

A computer screen displays a business planning dashboard with a list of topics and sub-topics. In the background, blurred figures of people in a meeting are visible, engaged in discussion, with an overlay of a cityscape at night.
A laptop screen displays a project planning interface with various notes and tasks. Inset headshots of diverse team members are connected to the screen, indicating collaboration. A close-up window shows a specific note: "John Smith: Let's consider exploring opportunities in retail, specifically pop-up markets.
A tablet displaying a calendar with multiple 3D charts and graphs emerging from its screen, representing data and analytics. A large translucent clock is overlaid in the background, emphasizing time management.
