Recruitment Website, “Day in the Life” Video, and Visual Branding for SAGE SF

The Challenge: Attracting Top Talent to SAGE Veterinary Centers San Francisco

After our successful collaboration on the SAGE Concord Grand Opening, SAGE Veterinary Centers invited me back—this time to help recruit doctors for their newly acquired San Francisco hospital, the historic Mission District Pet Emergency. The goal: inspire top veterinary talent across the country to envision a fulfilling career—and life—in the heart of San Francisco.

The Approach

We set out to craft a compelling, marketing-driven microsite tailored for recruitment. The strategy leaned into both the hospital’s professional reputation and the character of the neighborhood—highlighting not just where they’d work, but how they’d live. Every detail was designed to help prospective hires imagine themselves in this space and feel welcomed.

The Execution

Custom Website: A fully responsive site positioned ‘Work At SAGE San Francisco’ as both a world-class employer and a unique place to thrive professionally and personally.

Lifestyle Photography: I photographed the team in action with pet patients, captured the surrounding neighborhood, and even shot the furnished doctor’s pad for visiting recruits.

“Day in the Life” Video: A sweeping, cinematic glimpse into life at SAGE—capturing the heart of the hospital through slow-motion storytelling, intimate team moments, and the vibrant rhythm of daily care.

Historic Video Tour: Given the hospital’s legacy, we created a video tour that celebrated the building’s unique architecture and roots in the Mission District.

Branded Materials: Supporting print and digital collateral helped recruiters continue the story in follow-up conversations.
