We started with a guided branding process as a basis for building an impactful brand story, positioning strategy, and establishing alignment with key members of the GoWall team. It was imperative to determine the core attributes that set GoWall apart in a very crowded environment of collaboration tools. We needed to define both the practical as well as the emotional benefits of using the app and clearly communicate its value to key target enterprise customers as well as end users.
